You know how the police usually release a description of the suspect in a robbery that includes their height, weight, race, etc.? He's saying that witnesses guess his height to be somewhere between 6'1" and 6'6" when they describe him to the police after he's robbed a convenience store. :D

No, it's because convenience stores have height measurements posted at the door... so when someone leaves after robbing the store, the clerk can see how tall they were.
